Job Title: Floor ManagerRigor Hill Market is seeking an exceptional Floor Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store, driving revenue and profitability, and fostering a positive culture and morale among our team members.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing retail operations, with a strong focus on customer service, team leadership, and problem-solving. You will be responsible for hiring and training a talented team, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring and Training: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of retail associates
• Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and customer service
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track sales, and analyze data to inform purchasing decisions
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
• Software Resources: Familiarize yourself with Toast, Google Business Suite, Craftable, Paylocity, and 7Shifts
