A company is looking for a Lead I-FIT Operations Analyst to
drive business outcomes through financial modeling and reporting
automation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed initiatives
Utilize data-driven forecasting techniques to produce benefit
forecasts
Create and maintain reporting that tracks performance trends
against forecasts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years of related
experience
Extensive experience in benefits forecasting and statistical
modeling
Experience with data mining and BI tools
Programming skills in languages such as Python or JavaScript
Strong analytical skills to identify performance drivers and
trends
