Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hosting Specialist to support data
management and client services in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Execute tasks in Relativity and other proprietary tools for data
loading and preparation
Perform quality control checks and maintain project timelines while
managing multiple tasks
Troubleshoot basic technical support issues and respond to internal
requests during designated hours
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent job experience; Bachelor's
preferred
Customer service background
Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced
environment
Experience in eDiscovery with proficiency in Relativity is a strong
plus
SQL background is a plus
