About This RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced team member to join our Prepared Foods team as a Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Assist the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.
• Store Layout and Merchandising: Develop and maintain creative store layouts and product merchandising displays.
• Customer Service: Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members at all times.
• Team Development: Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members to sustain a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
• Performance Evaluation: Provide timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations.Requirements
  • 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and an affinity for our products, core values, and company philosophy.
  • Growth mindset towards greater responsibility and ownership.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory.
