Job Description:
A company is looking for a Limited Service Remote Supervisor to
oversee correspondence staff responding to Federal Student Loan
inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise correspondence staff to ensure quality standards and
deadlines are met
Assist with escalated correspondence issues and evaluate employee
performance
Develop work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3-5 years of relevant professional experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in
lieu of degree
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a criminal background
check
Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student
loans
