Level 3 IT Support Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Level 3 IT Support Specialist to provide expert-level support for cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert operational support for cloud infrastructure, resolving escalated issues
Document processes and train junior staff to enhance technical skills
Monitor and optimize cloud services for performance and cost efficiency

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
Proficiency in Windows operating systems
In-depth knowledge of networking concepts and security principles
Strong proficiency with automation tools and scripting languages, especially PowerShell
Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management tools like Jira and Confluence
