As one of their pioneering engineers, you'll play a defining role in setting the technical direction and building their platform. The platform leverages LLMs and code generation to create rich, production-grade tools that unlock new levels of insight and execution.

As a preview, your first major project would likely be developing an open-source UI that helps manage the entire operation - something like an AWS "console" that ties everything together, making it easy for users to visualize and control model behavior, experimentation, and optimizations. They already collect plenty of observability data, but it's waiting for the right person to design and build intuitive, delightful interfaces.


Who are we looking for?
We're looking for founding engineers to help build the best-in-class AI analytics platform who are incredibly technical, scrappy, and excited to push the limits of robust full-stack software creation.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years in a principal engineer, architect, or hands-on senior technical leadership role.
Deep knowledge and expert-level frontend software engineering experience, such as React frameworks and libraries - currently experimenting with Remix and Tailwind
Passionate about your craft & design for building interfaces- You're excited about re-thinking developer tooling from first principles to build interfaces and workflows that don't just work but also delight.
Extremely technical, with a track record of deep, impressive projects or experience (startup or career experience, open source, etc.)
Skilled at aligning technical execution with business priorities to drive product success
