Responsibilities can also include, but are not limited to:
• The Certified Home Health Aide is responsible for, providing assistance to patients with personal care, activities of daily living/maintenance and management of household routines. Responsibilities can also include, but are not limited to:
• Greets patients in a friendly and welcoming manner. Creates a positive first impression. Smiles, projects a positive attitude.
• Through the continuous improvement standards of practice and by providing a safe and secure environment the patient will be assured a sense of safety and well-being, free from risk and harm.
• Gives and/or assists with assigned personal care tasks.
• Assists with activities of daily living
• Assists patient with mobility
• Assists patient in toileting
• Assists patient with meal preparation and feeding
• Follows Agency policy and procedures
• Acts with courtesy, care, concern and compassion. Educates others by sharing knowledge and expertise. QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or EquivalentProfessional Experience:
  • Current CHHA license in the State of New Jersey (required)
  • 1 year of related work experience (preferred) but newly licensed grads welcome to apply!
  • Must have reliable transportation or access to public transportation
