Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Delivery to lead the
Auto Physical Damage Division Operational Excellence, DevOps, and
Agile software development process.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance operational efficiencies through root cause analysis and
new technology utilization
Manage day-to-day operations, including incident management and
disaster recovery initiatives
Lead the Agile release process and provide updates to key
stakeholders on metrics and incidents
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or
a related field required
8+ years of leadership experience in product development or
operations
Experience in production data center operations, including process
and service management
Hands-on technical leadership experience with automation and
metric-driven results
Prior experience with Agile software development methodologies
