A company is looking for a Transcription Operations Manager to
oversee transcription operations and ensure high-quality service
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the transcription production queue and prioritize tasks to
meet deadlines
Address capacity gaps and resolve issues affecting service
delivery
Develop and manage a team of transcription contractors and
employees to meet performance KPIs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in transcription services
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in transcription software and technologies
