A company is looking for a Design Director, Studio to lead
design projects and manage a team of designers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of designers, fostering a collaborative
environment
Drive design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality
and brand alignment
Develop and implement design strategies that align with business
objectives
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a design role, with at least 3+ years in
a leadership position
Proven experience managing and mentoring designers
Strong experience in developing and implementing design systems
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma,
and Sketch
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
projects
